All teams entering multiple teams must have enough players to field both teams as we cannot promise scheduling to keep conflicts due to the many moving pieces and amount of teams.

When: May 23-24, 2026 & Every Memorial Long Weekend

What: 4 Games Guaranteed. 30 Min Halves for 11v11. 25 Min Halves for 7v7.

Referees: There is a massive referee shortage. Due to ref shortage we will have 2 refs for regular games and 3 for playoff games. For 7v7 it will be 1 referee and 2 for semis & finals.

Who: All skill levels and players!

Where: Prescott Valley, AZ.

Field locations are Pronghorn Park, Mountain Valley Park, Bob Edwards Park, Antelope Park & Viewpoint Park. We of course will try to keep teams on same fields or close fields as much as possible but all depends on # of teams and schedule.

When: Games are typically 8/9am-9/10pm on Saturday and 8am- 9/10pm Sunday pending division & # of teams.

AFTER PARTY: TBD

Prizes: All winners get Trophies, Champagne Showers, swag. Each year we try to increase prizing as # of teams increase.

Men’s D1 & COED D1 – MINIMUM $500 Cash Prize. Prizes increase with # of teams just like Phoenix Invitational which was $2,500 and $1,000 for Men’s & COED.

All Other Divisions – Free Entry To Following Year Tournament + Trophy, Champagne & Swag etc.

MISC RULES & INFO

  • OverX Age divisions mean everyone must be that age or over that year of the tourney. There are no wildcard or exceptions, everyone must be that age or older for the year of the tourney.
  • NO PLAYERS CAN PLAY ON MORE THAN ONE TEAM IN THE SAME DIVISION.
  • Sliding allowed in Men’s D1, D2 & D3. No sliding in any other divisions. This includes no sliding to save ball except for goalies..
  • Teams need 7 players on field to start a game or else a forfeit.
  • Red card misses the next game. If found trying to cheat and play the player, game will be a forfeit.
  • Fighting is a suspension from the tourney.
  • Threatening refs is a suspension from the tourney.
  • Teams must have two jerseys.
  • Max score Point Differential is 7
  • COED
    • Co-ed is 5 women minimum on the field at a time, a goalie counts as a 5th.
    • COED Penalty kicks, male’s cannot shoot back to back shots. Females can.
    • No sliding in COED except for goalies. This includes no sliding to keep ball in bounds.
