You’ve made it this far and you know it feels right, time to make the next step and hit us up. One of the league coordinators will reach out, fill you on all the finer details of their league and will get you all situated. You’ll end up asking yourself why you didn’t sign up sooner.

Captain
Do you have a team and are ready to start playing? Once you fill out your information, we will find the right fit for your team!
Waivers
Before playing or participating in any event you will need to complete a waiver. Playing any sport has physical demands on the body and at times individuals might get hurt. It might be as simple as twisting your body or lunging without proper stretching. Therefore everyone needs to sign a waiver stating they understand the risk.
Medical Insurance
AZ Sports League does not have full medical coverage for our participants. We can help you get accidental coverage however, you are responsible for getting the coverage and ensuring it is right for you.
